Fresh seafood, hearty vegetables, rich ales, and bread still warm from the oven
We embrace working with local suppliers to provide food that will have you coming back for more. Oban is widely known as the seafood capital of Scotland and has an association with the sea that stems back to the Bronze ages. From Scotland's most valuable food export, Scottish salmon, to the most common shellfish species in the country, mussels and oysters, Oban's seafood is in high demand all over Europe.
We are constantly working towards ensuring that Perle Oban is as sustainable as possible, so being able to source fresh, local ingredients is extremely important. We work with the local cooperative of suppliers to identify the best seafood and produce to reflect Oban’s unique flavours in our restaurant.
